Caroline Toop MPT, BSc

Physiotherapist

About Caroline Toop

Caroline was born and raised in Victoria, BC. Throughout her childhood and adolescence she developed a love for movement and physical activity through dance, field hockey, and soccer. Her passion for human physiology, collaboration, and helping others has led her to a career in physiotherapy.

Caroline believes that individualized, client-centered care is the foundation of quality physiotherapy treatment.  Her physiotherapy approach involves a combination of manual therapy, exercise, movement analysis, and education. Caroline loves working with a diverse clientele: from teens to older adults, and from recreational to elite athletes.

Caroline has a passion for education, having worked in the Master of Physical Therapy Program at the University of British Columbia since 2021. She brings that same passion for education into clinical practice. She will work with you to help you understand your injury, develop a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals, and prevent re-injury in the future.

In her spare time, Caroline enjoys travel, recreational sport, live music, cooking up a new dish, and taking advantage of all the outdoor activities Vancouver has to offer. She has completed post-graduate education in IMS, pain science, and biomechanical analysis. She looks forward to working with you!
