About Marie Joaquin

Marie graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia, after completing her Bachelor Degree in Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia Okanagan.

Marie has been active in sports throughout her life as an athlete, coach, and athletic trainer. She is passionate about helping clients improve their quality of life and get back to the activities they enjoy through taking an active role in their rehabilitation. She enjoys treating clients of all ages and activity levels, through utilizing education, hands-on manual therapy techniques, and exercise.

Outside of the clinic, Marie enjoys travelling, hiking, stand-up paddleboarding, and playing any sport. She is also a competitive powerlifter with the Canadian Powerlifting Union
